We are Alessio and Noemi, an Italian couple who go the extra mile to help people who, like us, have some difficulty falling asleep, concentrating, or simply relaxing 🙂
We stumbled upon the world of white noise in 2016 during our university studies and used to study with the sound of a hairdryer in our headphones 🎧
White noises, in fact, including the sound of a hairdryer but not only, repeat regularly and without interruptions, managing to cancel out surrounding noises and produce a relaxing effect on the mind and body. White noises are used to reduce stress, enhance concentration, promote sleep, and even alleviate tinnitus 😀

When i was young and my parents or brothers catched my with the air drier like that, they always get angry with me.
What are you doing? Are you stupid or what?
I didn´t understand why they got so mad.
I was like 33 years more or less when i discovered this kind of videos and the name of this kind of sound.
It turns out that there ´re several studies that show how "white sound" as it´s named, produces an effect of calm in some people.
Now i sleep always with these videos and have no trouble to say: Yes, i use ASMR to sleep. Hairdrier sound.
Now that "manía" ( i don´t know how is the word "manía" said in english.) has a name. Can be understood. But when i was young, you were a fucking weird bug if you turn your hairdrier on just to hear the sound.

White noise heaters are good too. If u enyoed the Hairdryer as a Kid buy a heater now. On a cold day there is nothing better than puting that thing on and Feeling this warm heat and Sound. Instand calmnes and sleep
