How did u get a 12v output from the bms with a 3s battery ?? Shouldn't it be 11.1v?
I think I have use a boost converter here. I can't remember, circuit diagram was attached.

@@ericrodrigues3749 oh im sorry i can't remember the circuit for this speaker. So yeah 11.1v is enough as i ised two 8 ohms speakers in here.
