Fabri has been on many morning shows. By morning shows, I mean those cheesy cooking/studio shows with corny jokes whose main audience is stay home moms. He's been regular on em for last 6-7 years and learned REAL authentic food from all over the country. These shows usually send their reporters(like fabri) to introduce local food from around Korea. I don't wanna offend Edward but I'm pretty confident Fabri would be more competent in Korean food if they are going for truely authetic dishes.

Chef Lee I love you ❤ You were the most talented and creative. A lot of talented chefs in the show but you were the only one who didn’t crack under pressure and always delivered. It’s a shame you were not the winner.
I love how Fabri who is technically a caucasian with zero korean DNA in forms explains the word mukenji so well to Edward Fabri pronounces english like koreans 🤣 Love their awesome personalities and cooking! I noticed that them both having multicultural heritages makes them more unique. They fully embrace, integrating multicultural heritages and making most out of it instead of being confused or having complex by it out of inner conflict/outer systematic discrimination really resonated with me.
Please have Edward Lee as judge for next season. He has so much expertise and knowledge to bring to the show. Don’t waste it! Fabri is also no slouch-bring him in as guest judge!

Fabri was great to have on the show. His personality really brightened up various scenes. It was great to see Edward Lee as well. Although there was at least one other Korean American contestant (maybe more?), I really appreciated his comments as an ethnic Korean chef who didn't grow up in Korea.

Chef edward lee was vert gentle during fimal,if he cooke delish diah we knww hell win,but winning is jyst a soso for him, impt is he showed his passion and love for korean food, he wanted to learn and dscover more bout his heritage ..

It was the first time I saw cooking contestants stay awake for an extended period during the restaurant mission. Prep was at around midnight, and they started service at 2pm for the mukbang customers if I'm not mistaken.
For me, Edward Lee, you're the winner! You brought Korean dishes into the highest level. Judges didn't see that! You did an excellent job in Culinary class wars. The title itself, it seems that the judges didn't understand! That's my own opinion!
