Mustafa kept making stupid decision after stupid decision which played right into what Hurrem was telling Suleiman. Mustafa played a part in his own demise. Also in the end Suleiman was the one who made the final decision on whether Mustafa was executed or not. I'm not saying Hurrem is innocent but I hate when people act like Mahidevran never did anything to Hurrem's children.
