You can run the ads on profile . It's not limited to pages. Just go to Professional Dashboard Click on Monetization Click on In-Stream Ads Click on the blue link that says " content Monetization policies" It will take you to another page where you can run the ads
If you only shared the content from someone else's page, there's no need to delete it. However, if you posted it as your own and it doesn't belong to you, then you should delete it.

What if your ads account has earlier been disabled? How do you work with the fastest way no 4?
You have to create a new ad account or send an appeal to Facebook
