Because they say magpul. I own a few of them and haven't had an issue yet. I also own 6"-9" cvlife bipods and have had no real issues. I can't vouch for the one shown in the video, but for the price, if it's put on 7.62x39 or lower of a caliber you shouldn't have any problems.

Was thinking the same thing. They are banking on people paying for the name. Mostly plastic and metal.
