Investing in African Mining Indaba I Minister Gwede Mantashe delivers keynote address

Minister of Mineral and Petroleum Resources Gwede Mantashe is representing President Cyril Ramaphosa at the Investing in African Mining Indaba that starts in Cape Town today.
The Presidency says this follows a change in the President's schedule.
As a result, Minister Mantashe is now leading the government delegation and is delivering the keynote address on behalf of the president.
