The baseline to the flash movie I heard claims that is based in out of a story that was done in New York , this was actually created few years ago I was told. The story actually matched up pretty close to real event parts including a few other events from other movies .. Pretty amazing how close stuff matched up from characters. Not really like super human powers , but stuff like time travel back in time events etc etc...
I like how it has the “my kids are going to want to see this” which is a nod to the flash show where Barry and Cisco go to another earth where they take a pic saying that their grand kids are Tommy to want to see this
