The only thing I got against Warren is how he changed up Deus Ex on the PS2 and changed the nature of the sequal. Other then that, I gotta give him props for his skills.
@MrDeathSmiles I know this comment is a year old, but let's face facts: Epic Mickey sucked. As much imagination as it showed in some of its levels, it was incredibly repetitive and simply did not fully realize its paint/thinner idea to create enough options for the player. The poor review scores from both critics and players really speak for themselves. To put this in the same category as games with imagination AND great gameplay (Mario Galaxy) is going a little far.
The gameplay itself is as mediocre as they come and the load times and frame rate are horrible. If not for the extremely good track creation tools, I wouldn't have spent even a cent on the game. I'm just a guy who likes to create stuff, levels in particular.
It's sad to watch this video now knowing that Junction Point Studios is no more. Nevertheless, still a great interview.
