That’s not an experiment, that should be a game plan. Huff got a big contract, but if underclassmen are outplaying, outworking, and/or outperforming, then he should have to fight to get that spot back. Create a hunger for improvement, and a habit of playing well, or show the team and executives you’re not here for the team rather a payday

Nakobe is not the dude they need in the middle. I watched that game film against the Falcons over again and he’s overrunning too many plays on zone runs, doesn’t fill his gaps and side shuffles too much, once you know it’s run you need to commit and be going down hill not sideways and allowing offensive linemen to push to toward the sideline and out of the play. He often looks lost out there. When Devin’s active I want to see more reps from him against the Saints because something tells me Nakobe is going to get pushed around again because the Saints utilize the same zone run concept as the Falcons and have an even nastier offensive line.

It doesn’t make sense to me. Why hire coaches who can’t develop the talent on your roster? Unless ownership believes that they know more than the "football people" and refuse to seek out (and pay) the best for your team. If this is the case, then the players hands are tied. There is nothing they can do about it (except for what they are told to do). I understand it now.

What does nick even do? He doesn’t call offensive plays. Doesn’t scheme up defense. Doesn’t even talk in the locker room after a game that came down to his decision making. He let the players take accountability vs the falcons.

Love the enthusiasm but if we try to get cute with the team we're playing on Sunday.....they're going to win by 40+. If we run the ball(A LOT, not 22 carries foh) we have a chance. Here's the REALITY: NO player since John Elway has lost their FIRST SB (or multiple after the first) and went back or even won it. Elway didn't make it back for almost a decade later.
