I have question like in TN C S system The Neutral and earthing are combined at some part like in the video example on consumer side it is connected is there any specific standards for that If you can explain this

I just watched the video again The connection between between PE and Neutral it should be inside of Consumer distribution Panel or if its industry it should be inside the Main Switch Board of the industry.
