I have noticed a trend when I have 3+ energy saved he transforms at a higher rate than when I have 1 energy saved.

@MarvelSnapDD I'm not saying it's 100% but the more I save seems to help Bruce transform. I would say it seems to transform over 50% of the time with 3+ energy saved and feels like only 15% with 1 energy saved.
