The video hasn’t even started but I just wanted to say how excited I am for this. I am so tired of being under the gun in November and December. Thanks for enabling my Christmas spirit all year long in 2025! Now to watch!🎄❤️🎄
I am SO with you on this! There's never enough time for the Christmas projects pre-Christmas. Too much other stuff to do! I definitely think I need to let some Christmas things go but also I'm darned if I'm going to let go of the parts that are fun for me, by which I mean making stuff. This is a wonderful reminder and inspiration and I will be here 25th of each month for this! Adorable Christmas cloche tag--I love it!
Just gorgeous! Very clever to do a Christmas series every month. Love the stitching. Thanks for all the tips and ideas!! Looking forward to watch every 25th.
The video hadn't even started and I squeeled with JOY! I want to get Christmas (and Hanukkah) done early this year and make some fun extras - like felt stitching. It is SNOWING and cold here in CO, so this video came at the perfect time! LOVE Spellbinders and this set is great! TFS! ❤❄☃🎄🕎
Gift tags & ornaments are amongst my favorite things to make! I don’t have these exact dies, but some that are pretty similar. I’ll have to give it a go!! Yours are so pretty!!! ❤
Yay! I'm so excited for this series. I know you've said for the past few years that you would do this and then you fall off the wagon, so to say! No judgement here, I'm lucky to finish a card when I sit down! :) I'm doing my best to follow your lead and create a Christmas "something" each month. Plus, you won't be using the newest stuff and I'm happy for that....I might already own the things you use for inspiration. Thank you for sharing your papercrafting and stitching love with us.
Loved this video Nichol. I am so pleased you are doing Christmas all year round and as you say. For those who do not celebrate the season, the items can be tweaked to be for winter. Funny this video was waiting for me this morning. As I treated myself to the Spellbinder sewn Christmas ornaments in the sale of late 2024 and received them in January 2025. My idea being I would make them throughout the year. So I will enjoy spending time with you doing my Christmas crafty bits too. I find Spellbinders are great products as I also brought some of their glue. Amazing. I find I do all my crafts well in advance. If I leave everything to the actual season I always seem to run out of time. I thoroughly enjoy your mixed craft channel and your cheery disposition Nichol. Thank you for taking the time to create such great videos. I am looking forward very much to your stitchy felting videos too. Take care until the next video. :)
Well isn’t this the cutest tag!?!?! Love it Nichol! Thank you for sharing it for all to see and get inspired from ◡̈. I’ll be watching for all your Christmas ideas this year - Wahoo!
NICHOL❤I LOVE the idea of looking forward to this series. I committed to myself to have this a a goal as well to do holiday projects/ gifts starting this month!! What’s so exciting- I have this stitching die- so I am going to start on this right away!! I’ve started making all my “tags” or cut outs that have detail and time involved making them a series of “ornaments” to give by layering them with multiple layers of heavy cardstock/ chipboard to make them extra sturdy, THANK YOU- THANK YOU for your CONTINUED inspiration!!!
This is so gorgeous and I love watching Live or UA-cam what you are making and inspiring! I love everything you made cardmaking or cross stitch and or many other projects you have made. Thank you for sharing and Aloha 🌈🤙🫶🏼
Gorgeous tag NICHOL 💕💜💕 The gold metallic thread from DMC is hard to work with so now they have the dmc grande metallic thread in gold and silver. It is so much better than the regular..Hope this helps. Spellbinders carries it .

This is such a beautiful tag. I'm just wondering what weight of paper works best for stitching?
