i reckon for the spare room you should make it into a dog room lol, have the dogs beds in there with loads of blankys and pillows, their water and feed them in their, have a basket of toys, keep their shampoos and grooming sutff in the closet! and add a little sofa in there also!
The first time I had a garage it was one of those things that I did not know how much I needed it. I recommend moving your gym into your home and put your cars in the garage. You will LOVE it. ❤
