This 60 min class from Lesley was THE perfect morning yoga class. It was built up exactly how I would design a class. A mindful, well-paced, nice and stretchy warm-up, sun salutes with pranayama , great standing poses, core and other strengthening stuff including handstand practice, pranayama toward the end again, lovely reclined twists and nice savasana to end. Perfect. Highly recommended class! Lesley, you were at your best.
How is it you can love someone so much without ever meeting them? I’m not sure I know the answer but I know it happens because I have genuine love for you Lesley Fightmaster. Thank you 🙏🏼

Wonderful class, as always! Thank you Lesley! Your classes are always so well-rounded and I love how you incorporated Pranayama practice at the end here. I love how you mix the asanas and keep the classes always fun. Doing the primary series over and over can get boring but not with you. For that, thank you
This is my favorite practice I've done in a long time. Very different than what I get at my local studio. I am middle school teacher stuck inside due to the quarantine and I was feeling really down today by lack of social contact and physical touch that I primarily get through the students. This practice made me feel so much better. I especially loved the pranayama that we did standing. I appreciate that we went through it multiple times because I felt like I was getting it, but then on the very last breath something happened that seemed even better than the previous! Thank you for improving my day.
I realized I did not have enough time to complete this one today after starting it, so I skipped some of the middle, but I loved it! Even doing part of this left me feeling energized and well rounded. I have all day tomorrow off, so I am looking forward to repeating this and completing the entire session. Thank you so much for your lovely practices!!
After a rough Friday at work I woke up Saturday morning determined to start the day fresh, and found this video as I was scrolling through your videos. This is exactly what I needed. And now off the coffee with hubby. Thank you for the UA-cam classes!

I love your quotes and affirmations! The pace of your classes is great: enough time for me to get into a pose and hold it before moving to another pose. I also appreciate that you include pranayama in your classes.

I love when you integrate them into your classes. I just want to have a quick reference of each one so I can remember during the day

I loved this practice. Starts gently and slowly builds into more intense asanas and flows. Perfect for days when your body is a bit sleepy and need to be gently eased towards a more energetic vibe! Thank you Lesley!

Hi Lesley, I really needed an hours morning stretch and this was great thank you so much🙏. there are a couple of things I can’t do such as the handstand. Mainly as I don’t have a wall to practice but I lay on my back and raised my legs. But I really struggle with the seated wide angle fold as I struggle to sit in it let alone fold. Can you suggest a way of helping or alternative? Am I best standing up and folding or sitting on a blanket. I really dread them. Generally forward folds are a challenge but gravity helps when I’m stood up 💜😃

Hi Lesley, long time watcher, first time commenting 🙂 just wanted to let you know that mareecha wasn't a sage, he was the demon Ravana's ally in the Ramayana. He transformed into a golden deer and lured Rama's wife Sita out of her protected house where Ravana then abducted her, starting the war that was central to the myth/story. Just wanted to clarify that!
