Thanks Kirk! I’ve been inspired to do this every two days and it feels like a proper workout. I’ve got very little time to go to the gym. But this I can do from home. Thanks man!!
I just finished 4 rounds with 15 second rests between each set which killed my cardio...glad I started with light dumbbells...very effective workout that can e knocked out if you are short on time
Awesome routine, I'm gonna do this myself!! Also, not sure if you've done it but could you do a general weathering tutorial for your different Indy gear? I want something more controlled than natural weathering
Matthew Gresham yeah! I can definitely do a weathering video! I just weathered my Last Crusade jacket to match the Smithsonian jacket, and I’m kicking myself that I didn’t record the process! Lol But yes, I absolutely can work on that!
I appreciate this vid! For rest days how should I do it? Should I do the work out and rest a day or should I do it for a certain amount of days then take a rest day?
Great question. And it really depends on your current fitness level. But I generally recommend doing this 2 to 3 times a week. Maybe a training week could look like: Temple of Doom workout Monday and Thursday. Legs on Tuesday and Friday. Rest Wednesday & weekends.
Logan Lewis hey! Great question. So for me personally, my diet/Nutrition was the biggest key to building and maintaining my physique. I can’t say that exactly what I do is perfect for everyone but, the general rules I follow are... 1. I track my macronutrients: calories through Protein, Carbs and fat. I was very precise with it for a long time so now, in regular, day-to-day life, I kind of “eyeball” things now and it gets me in the ball park. I also don’t have a problem eating mostly the same things everyday, so once I find a breakfast, lunch and dinner that works for me, I don’t really deviate. If and when I do, having a general idea of my calories affords me flexibility with “cheat meals” and things, so I don’t stray too far of the path. But normally I’m pretty consistent. Which brings me to number two... 2. I try to keep things really simple. Egg, lean meat or protein supplement. Good complex carbohydrate like rice or potatoes and green veggies every meal. 3. While I personally use supplements like creatine and pre workout, I’ve learned you absolutely CANNOT our supplement or out train a bad diet. That’s pretty much it, nothing too crazy.
Hey man I have a question. I’m a little over six foot and weigh a little less than 220. I’m mostly muscle though and I work out five days a week while eating lean protein and vegetables along with fruit. How long do you think it would take me to get like ford? Thanks man!
Cole James hey! it would really depend on the type of workouts, what exactly you are eating and in what quantity and also your genetics. If you are already pretty muscular, it would be more of a matter of being super dialed into your nutrition to get as lean as you can.
Cole James Maybe assess your physique and figure out your primary goal. Is it get bigger? Maybe to get leaner? To recompose your overall physique? Once you have a set destination, it’ll be easier to find a path. With that in mind, what would be your main goal? If Temple of Doom Indy is your target, what is different about your physique and Harrison Ford’s?
My goal is to get leaner. Temple of doom ford is what I have in mind. I’m the same height as ford just need to figure out what ideal weight I need to get at to look like that.
Cole James Perfect! So now, I would maybe add a little cardio to your workouts . Maybe Fasted cardio in the morning or maybe short HIIT after lifting. Both are very effective. But the thing that will make the biggest difference is your nutrition. I recommend the app ‘’my fitness pal’ for tracking your macronutrients. There are a lot of great videos and websites on how to use the app, but diet will be the biggest game changer in getting lean.
@@kirkbrackmann6385 ahh thank god. He is a youtuber who is a douchebag. He has alot of controversy to his name. Your wearing his youtuber merchandise. Search "logan Paul merch tshirt"
Ford weren't performing biceps curl properly. That's why I don't think his workout is a true example of conditioning preparation. Indiana Jones os a skin guy in the whole trilogy.
You should do an updated Indy workout video! 😊
I do this workout with the Temple of Doom score playing on my record player 😁
GK_Knight heck yeah! You and me both broski
Thanks for this. It’s pretty similar to most upper body exercises you find here, but the inclusion of Indy keeps me so much more motivated.
thanks Kirk! we need a strong Indy to represent. I'm trying to bulk up being so slim.
Excellent workout! Thanks for putting this together!
Great work out. I did three sets just now and am pumped. Cheers.
With the hat & everything! Well played sir!

kredepopsful awesome to hear, my friend! Keep it up! And definitely keep me posted on how your progress goes!
Excellent. You're doing the one thing most Indy cosplayers need to do: GET IN SHAPE!
You should do more of these, or functional fitness style videos, ala Pat Mac. Love your work brother.
This is the best workout I’ve seen it works me so hard. Love it
Awesome video. I'm inspired. Going to do this routine for awhile. Good job
Jon Decorie thank you! glad you liked it!

Thanks bro this is very useful!!
Rule of thumb do it for 6 months if you manage it in 3 well done but set your goal further than expected

My gut needs the most work what would you recommend to shrink my big gut
Jesse Thiessen great question! A dialed in nutrition program will be your best friend! No matter how hard we workout, we can’t out train a poor diet.
What's your diet consist of?

Thank you! That's all great advice. This video is great. I've been looking for a workout routine to get Harrison Ford's TOD body.
