    Fermented hot sauce recipe
There isn't really an exact recipe for my fermented hot sauce, you can pick and choose the amount of ingredients for yourself. For example in the video I used a little to much pineapple so the hot sauce was a bit sweeter than I liked so I adjusted the seasoning before bottling. I will list the ingredients I used with a rough estimate on amounts to use for the fermented hot sauce.
1 pound of Habanero and Jalapeno chilis
    4 oz fresh pineapple
    4 oz carrots
    1 cinnamon stick
    1/2 red onion
6 cups of Brine with a ratio of 1.5 teaspoons of salt per cup of water
