@@apatrick779 Yes, but imo that was to make up for her literally dying offscreen in the regular trailer for the game. And in Nemesis’ trailer she does die.

Now here are some killers I want to see in DBD in the future: The Predator, Slenderman, Frankensteins Monster, Jason Vorhees, Krampus and The Butcher (Diablo). Thing is - nothing seems to be impossible anymore since they have so many licences already.
Krampus is already a skin I highly doubt after the drama with f13 Jason is every gonna be in the game, I would love to see slender.an though but they don't seem to do non mainline movie licenses

@@CoggleBoggle88 i totally agree, because theres already a game very similar to DBD with Jason as the killer, so likey not. plus we already have The Trapper. who in a way, is much better than Jason (IMO)

YES! I wonder how that would work out tho, cause it seems like they'd be similar to Xenomorph in the sense that you'll need flame throwers to fend them off. That, and the hag's thing is cannibalism already.
But hypothetically speaking, if they did license the wendigo, i'm most interested in how they would go about making their gameplay unique without it being too outlandish or "unrealistic" for dbd's standards. They're a wendigo, soo naturally my first thought always goes to cannibalism... but would it be more of a secondary motif like the hag and her cannibalism story, but not actually part of their kit, or would they be able to incorporate it?
I think if they ever licensed until dawn, (spoilers) Josh might be the go-to for their slasher since he'd be easier to work around imo. But I digress
Anyways for me personally, if they ever licensed until dawn, i'd be most excited about the map. goddd if they get a license for the game without making a map i'd be so disappointed
@@GutPoacher I imagine the Wendigo running faster than a bullet decapitating everybody, but the players até able to make fire traps for the monster and use the totens to predicted where the monster are in that moment, that's so much material 🫨

I do hope one day DBD adds Sweet Tooth, Terrifier, Pennywise and the babyface killer from Happy Death Day and one of The Strangers characters that'd be awesome to see!
If you're talking about Sweet Tooth from Twisted Metal, he'll might only be a Playstation exclusive. Now Babyface & Pennywise on the other hand, are also good choices. They're arsenal might involve birthday cupcakes & red balloons respectively.

@@idlewave i actually do perfer the OG killers over the licensed ones, concept wise. But i was never really a big horror fan so most i know from the licensed ones is what happens within DBD.
@@liandre9035 I really like horror movies tbh, and from my perspective, hell yeah, OG killers are top tier, and after watching the Skull Merchant trailer I could totally imagine a movie about it, and it's not just the killers but the survivors too.
@@tobiasc1920 Skull merchant has to be the most boring killer they released, for me personally. her design is great but her lore is all over the place.

Im not even playing dbd, i only have been watching some videos years ago
But now after seeing this im frightened how they have the Alien and Nicolas Cage in the same game
I swear, the creators should make a reality tv series about the entity and how it found out abt the killers and how they went about bringing them into the game
They have stories of the character lore scattered throughout the game and in their descriptions, so I feel like that's explanation enough (and it's nice to have some mystery to the entity without answers yk? It makes the concept all the more interesting) but regardless that's a neat idea

Its a shame bruce Campbell did dead by daylight but not mortal Kombat bad decision IMO but id love to see pigsy (manhunt) Jason (Friday the 13th) candyman pumpkin head and maybe leapurchan the rake slenderman and maybe a cryptid like jersey devil or bigfoot or the Issac from children of the corn or the boogyman

Lowkey out of all the characters that are in the base game (not including any dlc characters like guest or original) the trapper and the hillbilly are possibly the only two character's I haven't played much. The hillbilly is actually the one character I only played once and that was it. I got the game on my switch I think in 2018 and still play the game to this day and yet I still sleep on those two, especially the hillbilly

@@beepybopbap given from her tales, she might have a distraction or even a lure ability. That way she can close in on the survivor.

i would love to have either slenderman or undead john marston from the undead nightmare dlc for red dead redemption be two new killers. have the survivor for slenderman be the main character of "slender: the arrival" and for red dead redemption, we could do either one of the members of the van der linde gang or someone else from the game.
i don't know. BE has so many icons of horror already on here, even some really great original ideas, but if they want more, having slenderman as one would really boost the amount of people they have on the games by probably double. i think it would be cool.
and no offense, but the resident evil chapters are kind of...overrated. i'm sorry, i know, crucify me or do whatever you want to me; i don't care. i hate the resident evil game series. i tried playing it, even the original games. i don't understand the hype at all, and i know if i gave them a bit more of a chance, i'd maybe even say they were fine. but i just can't get into something that gets so talked about all the time and always spoils everything for me. i just can't. they were the only chapters of the game i didn't buy, nor did i want to. i'm sorry, i just can't. maybe i didn't play the right game, but i just don't like it.
