- 1090 street in Lucknow is a famous street known for opening later in the evening and serving a variety of foods! You can literally find everything here. From popular IG trends, southern food, tandoori chai, Mo:Mo, and much more. I can here and ate as much as I could, and even to my luck, I ran into local Lucknow food bloggers, @foodieburst towards the end of the day and we were able to share some Gola together.

Well then welcome to Lucknow 🤗
The honesty of India…! Great!
17:00 That chaiwala is a gem of a guy. He's very upright about being paid the exact amount and will take no extra.
People are not accustomed of being tipped in India!
They charged him more and it was not about not having change.. one guy said 20 in beginning and than the next guy came in and started saying 25, so they all started quoting 25 for one cup.
@@pulakification that was because he didn't had change
@@kaustubhraizada no they charged him 30 at the end because of not having change.. but asking 25 was different thing.
@@kaustubhraizada that guy said 25 probably because he didn't know the exact price because he wasn't the one of staff. 5 rupees isn't much money so i highly doubt he was trying to scam him. And they all were regular customers who just wanted to help out the chaiwaala. The guy kept extra 10 rupees and gave it to chaiwaala as a tip was probably because when you normally don't have change and want to get change for a big note then they charge ₹10-₹15 and give you rest back because change is a bit hectic to get if you have big note.17:21 even the guy giving change said"woh pura de dega" which meant if they don't give him change fast max would give them ₹500 which is alot and they don't want to have all that extra money. Also the looking at the Dustbin it wasn't full so he didn't sell many cups of chai and probably was the reason why he didn't have change. Also i just notices the guy who told the price as ₹25 asked for his ₹5 extra share from the chaiwala so I'll say he wanted to get ₹5 but chaiwaala was innocent guy and definitely didn't want any extra money.
Pani Puri guy got sooo happy after he gave 100 rupees❤️❤️ thanks brother for your Kindness
Funfact : 50% are indian those who are watching your video🇮🇳 😂

The panipuri uncle at the beginning was so humble and honest. He gave you four panipuri at price of 10 rs. Nobody ever will do that cheap not even to locals. But he treated everyone equally. He even offered different variety of water and the filing in the puri was to the rim. It looked absolutely gorgeous for something that cheap. 🎉😊❤
I am from Lucknow and it was absolutely amazing to see the generosity in these shopkeepers as well as Max and how the experience of India has been changing. Its a delight to see honestly on such a grass route level where you actually expect people to be greedy . This whole video made me feel really happy from inside.
This is not how I remember Dosa or any food in India! The Indian food scene has changed so much in the last decades. The people of India have become so amazingly creative with their food! I think I am overdue for my return visit. Thank you for sharing this beautiful country’s culinary traditions and innovations😊
I think traditional dosa and any traditional dishes are much tastier and healthier than these experiments, there are many memes popular around them for messing up the original dish.
@@aparnasingh9358 to be honest, I am old fashioned and love authentic and traditional stuff but I also have an open mind and won’t knock these new inventions until I try them. I’m sure they can’t live up to the authenticity of traditional dishes but they certainly can be unique and delicious on their own!
This dosa has been around for 20 years atleast. When did u last visit india?

Indians nowadays hardly carry cash for any transaction. UPI based Google pay, PAYTM or PhonePay is extremely popular. I see a lot of foreigners having trouble in finding ATMs, it's because hard cash is unpopular in India since 2018-19.
