I absolutely love Stanley Tucci in every role I've seen him in! He's such a great actor. And he has the most beautiful soulful eyes! I would love to have an audio book with him as the narrator. He just has the most soothing voice! And of course we all love Ina. I completely enjoyed this interview.
How lovely that Stanley well remembers what a fabulous cook Natasha Richardson was and how she loved to entertain friends and family. And everyone was astonished watching Julia at her naturalness in the kitchen. Loved the segue into the movie and a remembrance of the late great Nora Ephron who was such a joy to read and listen to and she brought joy through her writing and directing to so many. All 3 live on through their work and our hearts full of their wit.
This was FANTASTIC…I JUST LOVE STANLEY….he is such a breath of fresh air and a JOY to be around….loved loved LOVED THIS….Thankyou hugs carolyn from Columbus Georgia
Julia wouldn’t care what you cooked. She would have loved the effort that you made. As a chef from C.I.A. that had chefs teaching me back in the 70’s who were her friends….. Family and friends would be more important than the food. The companionship that you experience in enjoying food together is a blessing!
I love them both so much! What a delight to watch them discuss Julia, another person I adored. And then there’s Nora, and the story Ina told of Nora toasting to better times made me burst into tears. Some people are such treasures!!
Thank You for the most delightfully entertaining conversation. Neither Stanley nor Ina come across as pretentious, but seem happy to share their interesting lives.
His discomfort was visible when Ina brought up having a lovely Christmas Eve lunch with Nora when Nora knew she was ill, but no one else did. With his constant clearing of his throat, this interview must have been when he was going through chemotherapy for his cancer. I’m so glad he’s recovering. Both he and Ina are such lovely people.
I love this. Been watching Ina for ages and my daughter introduced me to Stanley. She has several of his cookbooks and I have 1. I love his CNN series. Although I don’t eat three quarters of the food he show cases. ♥️
so absolutely FABULOUS!!! I just finished reading his book Taste- My Life Through Food. I highly recommend it. He talks about loving Julia Child... as a child.. it made my heart happy to read it.
This is a wonderful video. I’m a Stanley Tucci fan and have many of Ina’s cook books. Plus I have watched her videos over and over. My husband and I love being in France and French food. We watch the Julie Julia movie on a regular basis.
Love this so much. When I made Emily Blunt's potatoes for my mother she said, "Finally, one of my daughters can cook!" I always picture my mom saying that in Julia Child's voice. My parents live in Maine and we never miss an opportunity to make a Tucci/Fortitude joke--too good.
I would love to hang in the kitchen and cook with both of them! I recruit Executive Chefs for 5* hotels around the world and Stanley Tucci’s own cooking is just as inspiring as the pros. If he hadn’t been such a great actor, I would have loved him as a candidate. This is a very cool interview. will buy the book!
I love both these people. Talented individuals and a blessing to us in so many ways. I’d have dinner with them both and I’d pick up the check. Who would you like to have dinner with?
Thanks you for meeting with you today i appreciate the way you speak and you teach more blessing. Today is my first day of watching you guys and I your effort okay nice to meet you guys today. I will be back in a moment okay thanks
My only comment is that I am deaf and would appreciate the written words along with your speech which I cannot hear (even with hearing aids) - just so that I can fully appreciate what you have to say. I only have 2 of your books, but would like to have more if I could understand some of the things you have to offer
I SO agree with the critique of Ina's hyper-intense invasive style. GEEZ! Tone it down and concentrate on Julia. I met her as well while attending the opening of the display of her kitchen. Her iconic copper pots and pans were on display at Copia in Napa, California, I could not watch this entire video!
Love Julia💗Love Stanley & Ina is the ONLY one I'll watch on FN. (I basically can't stand anything else on that channel anymore) (If you like Mr. Tucci, you MUST see "Big Night" - If you're a food person, you'll like it!)
Did we forget what she did to a child at the make a wish foundation? She refused to grant that request because her chicken pot pie was going to be ruined! what a sham

Julia Child was an old family friend. I have such fond memories of her.
Wow what an honor…….
Did they make her proud in that movie????
This could have been twice as long, I really enjoyed both of them.
This is delightful. Stanley Tucci is a wonderful actor and I just love Ina Garten.

Two of my favorite people, having a conversation about another favorite person❤❤❤
Loved this! Such a great conversation between 2 very down to earth people. And yes I am available to wash dishes when you both get together to cook.
I’d like it if Ina would have Stanley on her new show Be My Guest. Love them both.
Fun pairing, enjoyable to watch.
Such a beautiful conversation❤️

Click on the "cc" button on the video kind of towards the right within the video. Subtitles will pop up.

Stanley was the best Paul Child ever
I love these people! What about Genaro Contaldo guys?
He's great! I didn’t know he had a connection with Julia Child.
I would love to join you guys for dinner, xx
Ina’s bourguignon is the best!
If you do cook together, please film and share with us
❤️
Anything can be improved by adding whipped cream, cream cheese, sour cream, or butter!
Love this.
"Just add butter" I would also put the brakes on that after the second amount because I would hear my arteries hardening!
💚💚💚💚💚
👌🏾👌🏾👌🏾👌🏾👌🏾👌🏾
Julia wasn’t impressed with Italian food, because it wasn’t too long after WWII.
Love Julia💗Love Stanley & Ina is the ONLY one I'll watch on FN. (I basically can't stand anything else on that channel anymore)
