This is so wonderful to see a real show with true comedy full of old home made laughters. I’m 81 yrs & I watched them when I was in Elementary school. Couldn’t wait to get home to see it. We all crowded around the TV in 1952 to see them. I can watch them over & over again. Thanks for putting them on.
My great grandmother would watch A&A all the time and she'd roast about five lbs of pnuts and refrigerate a dozen coca colas so we'd enjoy the program with her. Love you Grandma RIP.

I loved Amos n Andy! I remember watching it on Sunday mornings as a child! Then in the 60's I got on my high horse and thought just like the NAACP! This show had some of the most distinguished black actors as doctors lawyers police officers etc. Now at 65 I see this show as better than most of the black shows today and in the 90's and 80's!. And putting a lot of great actors out of work!!!!

Years ago during the furor over the show, I thought it should stay on, start paying the actors who were still living then, and the rest to the United Negro College Fund. No one responded positively to my letters back then. It was on every night, (M-F) at our house when I was a kid. I just wish there was less violence against men in the show. That hasn't changed in modern programs.

And these videos on UA-cam are a welcome respite from the states of racial and medical turmoil of 2020!!
