I can't remember. What I can tell you is, it is a code requirement to have ventilation in a bathroom which can be from a vent fan or, a window. So, if there isn't a window, it must have a vent fan.
Yeah, I agree they can be a little Cheap and not for everyone. That being said, for a young first time home buyer on a budget, it can be a lifeline otherwise not available to them.
@@savingwithsybil1568 Yes and it's only going to get worse. Yes it will fluctuate up and down but over time it will always trend up. This is one of the most difficult issues for someone who wants to own a home but can't seem to bit the bullet and buy verses rent. In my humble opinion, (Keep in mind I'm biased as a Realtor), but I belive it's imperative that a young individual needs to become a home owner as soon as they are able, even if the mortgage starts out higher than current rents. Mainly because that mortgage will stay constant but rents will and always have increased. Also, when you own a home, that monthly payment is reducing what you owe on the home (Building Equjty) that will enable that homeowner to use that equity to move upward to a larger better home in the future as their family grows. Paying rent does absolutely nothing except pay the landlords mortgage for them. Another final thought for someone struggling would be to start with a multi unit home like a duplex. The rent from the second unit will greatly reduce your mortgage on the two units making your out of pocket monthly less than rent in most cases.
I expect they would have added the garage opener before that home sold. But, you never know. It does have the electrical and control wires run for one, just not installed yet. We were only reviewing the home for a client, not really endorsing the builder.
GREAT VIDEO. Thank you for showing us, this Starlight Home.
Happy to help!
Do the microwave vent to the outside
Thank you so much for this video 🙌🙌
You're welcome. Please let me know if there is anything we can do for you.
Are there exhaust fans in the bathrooms?

The garage didn’t even have a power lift motor. I get tryna keep the price down but Jesus. Not worth it in the long run. It’s TOO cheap

I considered looking at these but these are too cheaply made for what they want. Not worth it imo.
