She has such great balance and coordination, body control, how she transfer weight at the right times to trick defense. All with great ball technique. Very impressive.

Been a loooong time since I've seen dribbling, ball control and touches as good as that for both men and women. Literally a class above the rest.
She's great, but you wouldn't get that much time and space in a male league. She gave some perfectly accurate passes though.
I don't watch womens football, but Yui is someone I would pay to watch. Wished she played a more offensive role, but she is just so valuable and solid as a rock.
She reminds me a little bit of Roberto Baggio (he is my favourite footballer).
This shows that women can actually train and get to a high level. At least higher than they are right now. Currently I believe most won't even make semi pro men's level but hopefully they can improve in the future. Yui is actually a great talent
@@zub41r75 I bet she played with boys in her youth. Studies show that girls that playing in mixed teams in their youth tend to do much better in professional football.
@@zub41r75 true , plus i blame the coaches , they dont even teach them proper defending , just running at the player with the ball , dont defenders read plays anymore , whats going on not hating just stating lol
@@crisalcantara7671 it is caused cause womens football doesnt have the same echonomical resources to pay the most qualified trainers and staff, not only in professional lvl, but in academy's too, and the youth learning is basic and key to develop the lvl

@@Yami-Diablo Thanks for the tip. I just watched her and there is no comparison...but while Sasic is part of the game, Yui is the game. The former is trained to play while the latter was born to play. Hasegawa is unmatchable. With more physical attributes she could play for any male team. Period!
@denimburgg Nah, because Sasic use to play midfield, run the game, and when the team couldn't score. She pushed as a forward to score.

Technical perfection! I love seeing her play, she shines even more for Japan since the focus in international football isn't as tactical as in club football. I'm from southamerica and I love players like her. Everybody can go to a gym and improve their muscles/cardio but truly special players like these are the ones that make you think "I couldn't do that in a million years!" and leave you with a smile on your face :)

Dayum! Yui's passes to her team are always on point. Her foot work are insane. Some of the goals she kicked were impossibly accurate. What an amazing soccer player.
Yui Hasegawa is way too good. Playing like the likes of De Jong, Pirlo, Modric, Thiago, xavi, etc. or she isn’t like any of them, maybe she’s just Yui Hasegawa

@thenevfox I think he mostly meant the forst touch which has real star quality in it.
She doesn’t play like any of those players you mentioned. She actually moves a little bit like Messi when Messi was in the academy prior to being a full grown man. The gait and the use of feigns and even the bouncing off the ball to get away from defenders is similar.
What a very nice compilation! Yui.. the pony-tailed one 😂Her handling of the ball is really up there with the very best of them, but her spatial awareness is incredible . Look at the video in slow motion and you can see how Yui controls the ball and immediately looks at where her teammates are so she can pass. She should win the Ballon d'Or.
WHAT?!? I felt like the ball was vanishing and then reappearing wherever she wanted it to be! How is it possible that one person can be so versatile, so skilled, and perform magic right before my eyes??? I am stunned!

She was not born with the advantage of height nor muscle strenght, even among average Japaness footballers. Therefore she does not possess speed nor power most needed in competative football match. If not Japan, she might not be given same oppurtunity and mostly sitting on the bench in other asian countries. It is the innate affection for football and the spirit of this Japanese girl that make the impossible into an ART. That is the reason I never get tired watching her performance.
