Brilliant conclusion. Connecting our daily lives to the places we live is the only way to sustain us, making a quick buck on an unknown landscape will end us.

Are you challenging his notion or just nitpicking minutiae. Are you suggesting that because Africans hadn't mated with non-Africans for 100 000 years that they're a different species?? The point he's making isn't proposing that cultural or phenotypic variation doesn't exist. He's acknowledging the fact that, from a biological perspective, there are infinitely more similarities than differences. Sit back and just listen. You might learn something.
