Very good diversion. You guys are doing a good job! By the way, machine polishing is actually not very elaborate, if you know the few basics. Might be another good video.
Thank you for commenting. A clay bar doesn’t remove bug etchings, these are marks in paintwork that require polishing to remove. The paintwork was not rough to touch, therefore aggressive clay wasn’t necessary
@J B yeah that makes sense however he was planning to polish and coat so I was curious as the risk of polishing with contamination on the pad is way worse however he confirmed why
@@MrJdp1968 naa. They need excessive maintenance, bubble and fade. Dirt can get trapped etc. It may look really nice for a while but over time.. Seriously over hyped and priced.
Depends on time. Guessing they only had a day to film and ceramic tends to take at least 24 hours to cure. A lot of waxes will last up to a year if applied correctly and only need around 10 minutes to cure.
Answered this on another comment - a ceramic coating tends to take 24 hours and above to cure, making it two to three day job. Judging by the video, they only had a day. Plus, a lot of waxes can offer a year of protection with very little fuss, whereas a ceramic is a giant pain in the arse.
Mehhh, id rather listen to Jim from WhiteDetails of Cambridge. Possibly the No.1 detailer in the world. He has cars shipped to him from all over the world just to be cleaned. His instructional videos are second to none,
More videos like this? Or stick to car reviews?
These are quite interesting, adds diversity to the channel. I love it
Cool, thanks!
Like the variation 👍🏻

Great. Look into all aspects of car ownership adds variety.
Looks great. Interested why clay bar wasn’t used to remove the stubborn bugs and paint contaminant?

Wow Jordan is amazing. He done all that detailing in the time it took for coffee.
Looking awesome Paul , ...and the Porsche 😂😂👍👍👍
I love how this video came out while I was cleaning mine. Just finished. 😁
Found a couple micro chips in my windshield 🙃
Ha!! Brilliant!
Wasn’t expecting this video from you guys but great nonetheless. Some lovely shots as well 👍
Thank you Blair!
Just done on mine!
Brilliant!! The full works?
@@lovecarsTV Yep! Polishing and ceramic coating.
@@nicolalusini1322 👏👏👏👏
Good little video that, enjoyed it! A nice break up from the reviews. It’s good to mix it up a bit from time to time 🙌
Thank you for the kind words and feedback 👌
If I had a Porsche I’d have PPF on it, makes a huge difference to the paintwork
Good call
Naa, ppf waste of money. Expensive platic
@@mannysingh6618 if it’s done correctly it’s not

@@mannysingh6618 yeah, I've heard mixed arguments on ppf. I'd imagine on a car like that it'd be essential. Maybe not 🤔
Ceramic coating would probably be better than wax and it lasts much longer

He'd get a massive heart attack if he saw how the washing guys who charge S/10 ($4) wash my car.
Hahahahahhaha! Same... but £7!!!!
I need you to clean my Infiniti fx50 it’s black and it’s hard to keep clean
How to clean a car:
Step 1: get a garden hose
Step 2: use hose to spray car with water
Step 3: finished
😂😂😂😂👏👏👏
shows you don't care about your cars
One stage washing. Wait for rain, watch car get washed from the warmth of your house.
I am interested to know why a ceramic coating wasn’t applied.

My Dream Porsche, In my opinion it's better then a 911

Fair enough! 👍
And then you put your cover on it and that's that for 5 months.
Hahhahaha! True! Don’t think this owner will though 🙌
Not bad - of course his prices START from £75 whereas my local Polish lads at the carwash charge a fiver !
Not really a comparable service though is it 😂
