Hello, JC. I want to get fit and reduce fat. I am a doctor by profession, dealing with multiple patients with diabetes and hypertension. Despite knowing the consequences of obesity, I am not able to manage my own weight. There is a big misconception that doctors know about nutrition very well, but it is not true. Doctors are the worst when it comes to taking care of their own health. This journey will not only benefit me personally but also serve as an example for fellow healthcare professionals to embrace healthier lifestyle choices and nutritional awareness.
Watched content of this channel in just a day and made notes but due to lower back pain and lack of guidance cant do it. Really need to get out from my 9 to 5 hell and persue something in fitness.
