Yes, yes, finally Vaya Con Dios! I love them, so much good stuff comes from Belgium. They have a French song "Quand elle rits aux eclats", but it wasn't a single. I highly recommend their ballad "What's a woman", it was even succesfuller then Nah neh nah. And you shouldn't miss their single "Puerto Rico", Dereck...😏
and "Johnny" too 😉

Vaya Con dios, this song is very beautiful, and rhythmic, it is a Belgian group with Spanish and Jazz influences. The singer of his real name is called Danielle Schoovaert, Dany Klein scene name. The title =>"Vaya Con Dios - Heading For A Fall (1992)" is in my opinion the most powerful title and the most successful in this group but not the best known.
Hi Dereck , Vaya Con Dios sings mostly in English but Dani Klein (the lead singer) speaks also Dutch and French. They have one song, that I know of in French called "Johnny". Dani has performed in many bands in Belgium, Vaya Con Dios was her most famous project.

In fact it's *Jazz Manouche.* This music was born in Paris in the 1930s (Montmartre - Pigalle) under the impetus of *Django Reinhardt* and *Stéphane Grappelli* who then officiated within the *QHCF* (Quintet of the Hot Club of France). It's indeed a mixture of Jazz (swing more precisely), gypsy music and music from Central Europe.

The whole album Night Owls is such a vibe and timeless in my opinion..
1990 hit.... this stood the test of time... was really big in continental Europe... they had a string of hits and she got such a distinctive voice.. it got a "gypsie vibe" with a classic "foxtrott rhythm" underneath.. referencing some 60's songs, a song maybe Cher could have done in the late sixties.....

You should listen to Texas Lightning “No, no, never”. Germans singing country music. They were the German Eurovision entry in 2006.
