In European countries, there's no way you could ever get someone's home address, nor their personal information, unless you work for a company that uses personal info, like for phones, or banking, etc. You couldn't pay $10, or, 10 Euros and end up with all of another person's true life information......which is why I'm more than happy to be living in Europe.
