My mom dad went to kumbh 3 4 days earlier. I saw my sister's fitness tracker which showed they walked 12km and 15km in 2 days. There were people selling Plastic Mats to sit on the dirty ground and yes it was a highly in demand product because there weren't any arrangements whatsoever of sitting, just crossed everywhere, long walks , and a lot of police diversions everywhere rerouting common people, making them walk more. I think it's natural for people to sit and rest in this situation. Blaming them should be the last thing we should do.
Not only that daily VVIPS visit and it makes congestion of ordinary people. For example when PM visits nobody is allowed at least 500 metres around Him.
