This is mesmerizing! Thanks a lot for showing us what communities are working on not only to face climate change, but also because it's part of their values and principles. These beautiful examples make us reconsider our lifestyles and inspire us to do the same in our countries 💙 I harness this opportunity and invite you to know more about Kara Solar in Ecuador, an amazing project of the Achuar community based on ancentral knowledge and modern techonology :) Thanks again to the amazing team behind this and keep your great work up showing us want we can do for our planet and people 🙌🙌🙌
It is one of the many stories that Bhutanese sacrifice for its nature. And we mean it for the peace and happiness of the world. I lost my two dogs to leopard and several cattle’s to tiger....yet I am happy
My country, Bhutan is doing so much to help combat global warming and climate change. Yet, the saddest part is that it seems like no one else cares. We are already seeing the effects and impacts of climate change (thanks to our neighbors) on our little Kingdom and the worst part is that we have done absolutely NOTHING to contribute to it. We are trying, but how much can we, a country of 700,000 people really do when the rest of the world keeps destroying our Mother Earth. Let us all never forget that we do not have another planet to go to. Let us become guardians of this beautiful earth that gave us life.
hey! i'm planning a trip to Bhutan next year but been getting quite confused with the entry restrictions, if you can add me to ig so i ask u some questions i'd highly appreciate it @ juandiegoap . Thanks in advance!
I saw the film and it is so well done, beautiful scenes in an amazing place. But what most caught my attention, was the protagonist. A single person planting more than 100,000 trees and being so dedicated ... is captivating.
The future depends solely on the restoration of balance between nature and humanity, if not allowing nature the space to exceed us in some ways. We have gone to far, and must desperatly rebuild this lost harmony.
Beautiful film, congratulations to Matthew Firpo, the Harries brothers and everyone else involved. Sonam is a real inspiration - 100,000 trees planted just by himself! If 7-8 trees were planted by or for every man, woman and child in my country, that would be half a billion new trees. Imagine that!
Sonam is the real public figure, and brothers Harries and team are the great and inspiring content creators. Thank you for introducing Sonam to us, and great WWF for presenting this. Thank you Sonam for reminding us that our lives is short and your hope to serve the next generations has made my eyes in tears and inspiring my heart so much. Need more of viewers for content like this :'). They did a huge job.
What a beautiful and inspiring film. Well done to all involved. If only all the other countries would follow like Bhutan... Sometimes I find it really difficult to be positive and upbeat about the future. The human race has become a parasite that's killing this planet and not enough people seem to care. Films like this inspire and remind me to utilise my own skills as a filmmaker and spread this message of conservation and hope 👏🏼 we all have a part to play - big and small
Hello there, such a beautiful video. Great work you guys did there. It is so inspiring. I live in Greece and I want to help make the world a better place. But I'm not sure what else I can do besides recycling.
This short film is beautiful, Sonam Phuntsho and his community are amazing and inspiring, and the crew who made this happen are true artists (especially after watching the behind the scenes work on Jack's channel).

So so beautifully done! Congratulations Finn!
Educating humanity in matters of conservation is dependent on a lot more people of the same ilk as the Harries!

It is so inpirational and good and we should also protect our environment and our planet from ourselves.
I lived in Bhutan for two years. That's a whole different world. It either exists inside a dream or inside a worm hole. I miss Bhutan so much.

Beautiful storytelling, message and visuals. 👏
Goes to show how no matter how small something or someone can seem in the grand scheme of things, they can always make great change.
Even if there were just a handful of people, such as Sonam, from different district of the world, it would be a much richer and better place.
Wowowowwoowow so beautiful!
It shows if we each do even a little in our own part of the world it will make a difference. Thanks for sharing this message.
So beautiful and inspiring. Wishing we could all implement more of these practices and mindsets to take care of the world that we depend on.
This is so beautiful, so pure, so raw. I hope more and more people could be inspired by this.
