Juliana, please consider having your daughter with fibromyalgia to take a magnesium supplement such as magnesium citrate or glycinate at 400 to 600 mg daily, empty stomach. Have her take coq10 at 200 to 300 mg daily with food. And if possible have her take a good quality omega 3 fish oil that has a high EPA and DHA content to it, like Nordic naturals ultimate omega product. Have her take 2 softgels daily with food. These three supplements can help with her condition. She just needs to take them every day for best results. I have similar condition and these can really be supportive, along with a very good diet. Lots of vegetables, fish, salmon, good beneficial healthy fats and oils. Kind of like the Mediterranean diet. Have her cut way back on any type of sugar or sugary foods and pop. Hope this helps 🙏. I want to thank family, friends, prayer groups, colleagues, and everyone who prayed for Cristopher Lee, who was in an automobile accident and severely injured and wasn't expected to live! His parents were told at ER that chances of survival weren't good, then heart surgeon also reiterated the severity of aorta tear to his heart! Cristopher Lee 's parents hugged and cried with the heart surgeon and told him to please do his best to help their son! They anxiously waited with Cristopher Lee 's twin sister for two hours, crying and praying to God not to take their sweet Cristopher Lee! Finally, a nurse came out, and she told them to be patient and that a group of trauma doctors were working hard to save His life! After nine pints of blood, the heart surgeon came and told them that the stent took well and he was doing a lot better. He was critical but stable! Today, he had hip surgery, and it went well! It's going to be a long recovery, but by GOD'S GRACE, HE IS ALIVE and can continue to pursue his goals and dreams!!! All glory be to God, Jesus, and the Holy Spirit!!
