- Kb. 1992-es gyártmány lehet, a mai napig tökéletesen működik. Öntvénymechanikás, elpusztíthatatlan szerkezet. A burkolat 2009 óta nem lett megbontva!
It was made approx. 1992, but it still works today perfectly (2017!). Casting mechanism, indestructible construction. The cover hasn't been opened since 2009!
milyen nagy szám volt a 90es években egy ilyen szerkezet,sőt még a 2000es évek elején is,sok kisebb TV studió is SVHS technikával dolgozott akkoriban,kár hogy SVHS videókazettát nem nagyon lehetett kapni.
When I worked at a local college, I enjoyed using these decks, hooked up to a Panasonic WJ-MX12 mixer via S-VIDEO and connected to a Panasonic edit controller.
Recorded high quality S-VHS off air recordings and edited out commercial breaks of ITV and Channel 4 programmes on S-VHS tape to retain all the quality, before dubbing off to TDK SHG Hi-Fi VHS blank cassettes for very acceptable 3rd generation copies that were jitter free, thanks in no part, to the on-board TBC (time base corrector) and nicely optimized with the EDIT function selected on the editing process and final copies (no adjustment of the sharpness control needed and EDIT selected on both decks optimizes the quality too).
It's still perfect today :D (there wasn't any maintenance since 2009!!!)

You say no service since 2009, it's clear it's in need of a good service as the pause is terrible and the slow search is poor. With little effort this machine could be restored.
Vauxfan2k oh yes that's not how it's supposed to be, looks terrible on this machine.

what exactly needs to be done here, I have a NV-FS 88 (a 200 without TBC from what I've gathered) that has piss-poor pause and slow search but is perfect in every other way. Lytics + mechanics overhaul already done so I don't know what else...

Ha bisogno di un service dal tecnico o non era perfetta la taratura del tracking?,comunque fallo guardare.io ho lo stesso modello,e un videoregistratore superbo.pensa che è stato videoregistratore dell'anno per due anni di fila,1992,1993,e un'ottimo risultato.e un modello eccellente.

A magnót anno 2010 végén vettem a Vaterán 15.000 Ft-ért (most nézem, 130.000 Ft felett van ennek a típusnak az ára Ebayen, ennél olcsóbban már vettem autót 😁) Azóta nem volt szervizelve, viszont 1 éve elromlott a tápegysége, úgyhogy nem kapcsol be. Vettem még hozzá annak idején 10 db profi 60 perces kazettát, amiből 9 még bontatlan (anno kb. 3000 Ft volt, most ~10-15.000 Ft Ebayen). Manapság kb. 35.000 Ft-ért már lehet SVHS magnót szerezni a neten, a kazetták meg még 10.000 Ft.
