@@ria1907 idk the reasons but recently theres an accident where like a big part of the server is accidentally gone and lot of things destroyed so maybe that is the reason

@@ria1907 ​ Luca and Selen were going to play a Minecraft horror map for a stream and to play it, they had to downgrade to a different version of the game. It didn’t show the name for any of the servers, so Luca Accidentally downgraded the NijiEN Minecraft servers edition and it destroyed a lot of blocks because they didn’t exist on that version. There were no backups as the last auto backup happened right after the server got ruined. So they couldn’t do anything after updating the server again, as a lot of the structures were gone.

Nope, you can't undo teleports. You could undo what entities do (CoreProtect), but it's a pain in the ass.
