I'm sorry plans changed, but you made the best of it. I agree with still getting out even if you know there will be a fit or outburst. It's a good learning experience for them and helps us keep our sanity. ❤
My husband is military so I know all too well the struggles of solo parenting (15 months straight when he was overseas 😅) hang in there! I hope your fiance gets a normal schedule eventually! Griding now will pay off in the future for your fam 🫶🏼

My husband works mostly 6 - 7 days a week & sometimes 12 hour shifts. He works in a factory. I believe she said her husband works in construction, building an Amazon building at this time.
@@sammy8054 he’s a foreman carpenter. Meaning he’s the one in charge of running the job and in charge of 70 guys on an Amazon building that is being forced to be built on an accelerated schedule
Very typical of the blue collar Industry. Especially during busy seasons. My dad and brothers always have worked like this. Doesn't make it ANY easier knowing that though.
