- This is a full tour of the Flat Swim Up Suite "Ocean View Side" at the Nickelodeon Resort in Punta Cana. We traveled during Covid this past March (21-27). I believe our room number was 109, or possibly 108. We ended up changing rooms due to construction that blocked off half the swim up pad and the water was FREEZING! We just felt it was best to just upgrade and go all out since this was a special family trip and wanted to make the best of it. If you are interested in seeing our second room click the link below.

Nice video. Did they provide the crib and highchair as requested?
They did! It was so helpful to not worry about our son while hanging on the patio while napping. And we ordered room service several days in the morning and it really saved us.
Dang! Never thought about going to a Nickelodeon resort! How was it?! Looks beautiful!
Was great! Surprisingly is catered to adults in many ways. It’s only at 27% capacity bc of covid is the only downfall.

Hi! Thank you for sharing your family vaca! I keep reading that there are current renovations at the hotel and that most of the restaurants are closed. Is this accurate info? I have call the hotel several times to ask them these questions however they keep hanging up when they try to transfer me to the correct department.
@@julinahowell1665 sorry I missed this message. I did not see any renovations on the restaurant part. They were all open and thriving! We just had a repair on the cement wall in the pool next to our room and we moved to a different room halfway through. No other issues only we did have to follow covid guidelines is all!
Do u have any tips on flights there?
Spirit Airlines is the cheapest, but they will charge for everything. They have small carry on sizes and charge if you have a "normal" size luggage. We used American Airlines and they were perfect! Check out SKIPLAG for discount flights!
Hi there is only one kings size bed for the flat swim room?
Yes just the one in this room. The pull out couch is available as well. My 8 year old slept there and a crib for my 18 month old. They were so tired they crashed every night with no issue sleeping.

He may have seen me but didn’t realize what it was for. It was a LONG day of travel and we were all so excited to make it finally. 😂
@@hjane57 well I'm excited for you. After watching your video and a couple others I have went on and both my daughter and I a trip the same exact type of room. It's a little pricey but I feel like it would be worth it. How is everything so far how are you loving it? If you're still there

@@MaiyaCasiano1 we did have a ton of fun. I am posting a video to guide those who do book. Hoping to help bc obviously we are still in a pandemic and they are very cautious so they do not have to re close. 11 m with no money really hurt their people.
Was it the concierge you tipped
We tipped the guy who drove us to our room by golf cart. I think we gave him a $20 and he took excellent care of us!!!! Drove us anytime we needed it…. I think we gave him $100 total the whole time…. Which is a lot there. He was extremely thankful
