Pretty poor stuff. I remember flying in that suite and stepping over a fellow passenger to access the aisle. Can't believe they haven't replaced them! Hope you got a full refund. BA going down the pan. Costcutting galore after firing and rehiring staff. Worse food. Club Europe is dire these days, too Chose Virgin Upper for my NYC trip. Same price, vastly superior product. Even the BA lounge at THR can be a bit of a cattle market

Is that the old Club suite. Reminds me of my flight to Mumbling in 2006! Why were yiy downgraded? No First on that aircraft?
Yes that’s the old Club World. The aircraft got downgraded from a 787-9 to a 787-8 which doesn’t have a first class cabin unfortunately.
