I've been running the High Evo Wave deck you were playing a few days ago, and have been wrecking nerds. Occassionally messing around with a High Evo/Sera Surfer hybrid that takes advantage of Cyclops being a three cost. It's not as great and I'm not sure I've found the optimal build for it, but it does have the surprise factor that helps steal some cubes here and there. I also just really can't let go of Surfer decks, they're my favorite archetype and the one I'm most comfortable playing with.
I've played about 90 games with the lockjaw variant, but early I was playing stuff like Chavez and Dracula. For me the best Lockjaw variant this far has WAVE, LOCKJAW and JUBILEE. I was negative in wins and cubes but now that I've tweaked and learned to pilot the thing I'm 20+ in cubes. Still negative win rate though, but that will fix itself later
I used a High Evo/Lockjaw deck that took me from 95-Infinite in 30 mins. There’s a good one out there, but I’m keeping it close to my chest until it’s discovered lol
In 102 games - I've got a 60% win rate, 0.54 cube rate using: Wasp, Sunspot, Misty Knight, Luke Cage, Zabu, Cyclops, Super Skrull, High Evolutionary, Iron-Lad, Thing, Abomination, Hulk
I used the H.E Thanos deck to finish the mission "Win 10 matches with a Snap" and went from 100 - 110 real quick these stats are played by some players to try it out and some of them don't even know how to fully use the abilities of the stones yet, basically skill issues 😂 get good thanos bonkers
Magic with super scroll is great for mirror games against other H.E players. But outside of that not great. Thats why playrate is high with magic I think.
I am not a lock jaw player. I tilted from 95 back to 85. That High Evo deck brought me back to 93 before i hit a wall again. I was a big Moon girl fan for this deck. But 3 and 4 is the crucial spot for High Evo decks and you just can't spend it on MG
I have gotten a 80 percent win rate with a she hulk, hulk, infinaut evolutionary decks. I made my friend play it and got 75% win rate. I think it is one deck that is so unexplored and absurdly powerful and underrated. There are so many high evo decks, still to be found, I feel this is just the surface.
Im still waiting for more info, i only have 6k tokens and i can choose HE or Thanos. I went from 0 to 105 with mr negative deck so that one is working for me right now.
High Evos special hidden ability is to have him in your opening hand or first draw 99% of the time😅😢

I think thanos is one of those archetypes that Wingate and cuberate cam be deceiving because it's more complicated than other decks.

So is high Evo getting nerfed or is it worth buying cause it seeks like you have tp run Luke cage in every deck which is restrictive.
They may nerf the lockdown version of the deck if that gets out of hand. But lockdown decks are plenty annoying without High Evo in the first place.
You wouldn’t sub in cage in that lockout deck? I feel like with HE everywhere you need cage to match up
