    That's a sound from my childhood! I lived about a mile away from there and I'm sure that very siren is one of the ones I would hear growing up. They used to test them on the first Saturday of every month. But when they'd use them to warn of a real tornado, they'd really crank them up loud! It would shake the whole house!

      @@mxsr7 How much do they sell a complete siren for and how long do they hold on to them? I want to buy a 1000T in the next 3 to 5 years, restore it and start a siren collection of my own.

      @@Tbolt1000TForLife right now for the blower and head, it is $1,600. Head only is $800. The price seems to upper in the winter

    This isn't the last test! this one is close to my house so I went there and the head is in a different position.
