    Good scientific/anatomical review of how to identify and manage stress and anxiety, including the balance between the sympathetic nervous system (flight or fight) and the parasympathetic nervous system (relaxation). Also a good summary of how to identify chronic stress and manage symptoms by using forms of daily micro-recovery techniques. As noted, teens may learn how to adopt a more serene response to stress, with proper guidance.
