If you guys are thinking why this movie is so different from the first one - then there is reason for that. After Kaho Na Pyaar Hai(till date considered the best bollywood debut) hrithik was doing back to back flops. So filmmaker rakesh roshan - father of hrithik did not have much faith on koi mil gaya. He still directed the movie as a last hope to boost hrithik's career. And when it launched - everybody was shocked and surprised to see the acting of hrithik as a mentally challenged guy. The movie collected 9 times its budget at the box office. So then director rakesh roshan thought that they could try to even make a sequel out of a story that had ended properly but it still could work. He thought maybe a superhero movie would do and people will love it. And so came KRRISH and by this movie our childhood was made. It was not tobey's spider man but it was Krrish. Every time i hear the flute bgm nostalgia just hits me hard.
I mean yeah that's true but Hrithik too has tried many different roles to show his potential so I don't think he has been totally wasted but his talent hasn't been fully utilised
Considering the place they are shown to inhibit, the ghost angle makes sense & is real b'coz people do believe in ghost/souls, there and do rituals/pooja to keep them at peace & satisfied. I h've experienced this culture during my childhood vocation days I spent in Chamoli district in Uttrakhand.
