August checked Teemos pick rate and said that there are no ranged Tops picked kekw Btw if you sum up the pick rate of all ranged champs played in Masters+ you end up with a 42% pick rate which means if you unlucky you can legit play almost EVERY FREAKING GAME against ranged top. But hey. The Rioter and his echo chamber that cant even look up publicly available stats has to be right. Funny enough its another hill they will die on.
Idk whats with league recently but i have literally had more ranged top-laners than melee tops. Its all Auroras, Vaynes, Quinns and even Kai’sa. Its really annoying.
Atleast Aurora is actually advertised to be a toplaner. Quinn is stretching it but it's because she has nowhere else to go. Vayne and all these other abominations are just refugees because ranged players hate it when they're outranged. Hypocrites, I say.
I haven't touched the game since January, top is miserable and normally watching people play was enticing but right now it just seems like a totally miserable expierence crazy riot isn't doing anything about it lol
I was learning top as ornn because of you, then learn mordekaiser because he is strong, now i am just velkoz on midlane... toplane is hard to learn but i dont find it fun anymore, i got to stop playing ornn.

Yes, but they didnt adress the main problems. ADC get their full crit builds earlier in the game while having the same AD as before the changes. Another thing is that they didnt really touch another of the main issues which is the MS creep. Not to mention that the durability patch was a big nerf to tanky champs. Everyone got the same buff which means squishy champs got disproportionally tankier than tanky champs.
@@bohomazdesign725 I'm fairly ceratin they nerfed both Kraken and Shiv's movement speed from 7% -> 5%. LDR also got it's pen reduced from 40% -> 35%, which should make armor stacking much more viable against them. While it's not enough to completely removes ranged top from the meta, it should at least be a _little_ easier to deal with. And on the subject of the durability patch, I had also initially thought it would be a tank nerf for the same reason. %pen items like LDR and Cryptbloom have been built earlier than before since there's more resists to penetrate, which was my biggest worry. However, the actual results were that most tanks and bruisers _gained_ immediate winrate from the patch. This was largely due to fights lastlng longer on average, so things like sunfire got to proc for much longer. I do agree that tanks can feel pretty bad rn, especially ones like Sion.
I stopped playing league bc of this. Absolutely boring and ridiculous. And they keep making stupid champs like this aurora. She doesnt work well on other lanes like she does on top. So freaking boring

Personally I enjoy other tank gameplay as well, Makkro is just really good at tank characters in general. Wouldn't mind seeing him branch out a bit
