  • The term 'comfort zone' has been thrown a lot lately. Most think leaving it makes us stronger. But I think there is one, possibly more important effect, that not many of us think about.
    I've spent 3 days in a hut in a forest in winter. No electricity. No running water. Almost no heating. I'd say that's the definition of discomfort.     Hey Bartek!! Great video mate... We are living a nomad life, in search of discomfort, We believe that we can grow our inner self by experimenting the discomfort. Keep doing it man!!!! Sláinte!

    Going upstream and into discomfort zone has saved my life. I have had serious socialising problems, but thanks to a book and friends I managed to get out and overcome my weaknesses to some extent.

    Learned? come on man, you didn't pay attention in middle school English classes? you meant learnt. Learned person is someone with a lot of knowledge, who used LEARNing to gather it.
