As I've really been struggling with self esteem, self worth, depression, anxiety and have been feeling super low lately, finding this song on my morning commute on the train - it means so much to me! I'm trying as hard as I can to not cry on the train as all of these feelings are suddenly welling up unexpectedly!
I've always been a Mraz fan, but in this long term rut of depression I've forgotten a lot of what makes me happy. I'm setting this as my morning alarm song to remind me that I can and deserve to be happy.

I used to sing this song when I was in prison, this helped me not to go insane. Even now its helping me with my recovery from drug addiction. When Im in a dark place in my life, I listen to this song. It helps me to be not resentful of the past and to be unafraid of the future, it reminds me to just live in the moment

Every time I watch this video, I just smile. It's magical. My friend at work was stressing about something, I cued this video up for her, and she mellowed right out and smiled.
This song helped me through so much. During music therapy at the eating disorder clinic I was at, she showed us this video. Ever since then I like to look at this to remind myself to keep my chin up and continue to get better
