To me there isn't much point to this fleet list. Sure, you might use it to get a full cruiser in a SM fleet, play around with GK rules, add a bit of fluff to campaigns or the odd inquisitor/xenos or inquisitor/chaos showdown. And for that it's probably not too bad. The only thing I'd use it for though is to get the reserve Chaos ship in without having to worry about the Strange Happenings. Just pop in a Repulsive or Executor to my IN fleet.
@@syncmonism Flavour is fine, but I prefer it to come in the form of usable rules. Take for example the Marks of Chaos; they're all pretty ... meh. The MoT is okayish, but it's nothing that every other fleet doesn't already have. The MoS is very niche, overpriced, and really only usable with a Daemonship, which, in turn, are overpriced and really only usable with the MoS. The MoN is waaay overpriced. The MoK is ok, but not fantastic, and needs the (overpriced) CSM crew to make it work. And all the Marks of Chaos are too limited. You have to take an expensive upgrade just to take them (WM/CL, CSM crew, or Daemonship). Which, just makes them mostly unusable. Likewise the Grey Knight special rules are extremely niche. Relying upon countering a niche ability in one fleet. And even then they're more of a liability. You basically give the enemy free re-rolls and hit points. I'd rather usable flavour rules. I think the Marks should be tweaked in some places, redesigned in others. Inquisitor lords ... eh, maybe clean the rules up a bit. Make them clearer and more usable/useful.

Personally I like the flavour aspect!
