How to close and open the new lock of tennis chain

For anyone needing help like i did. Focus on the part with the little hook that latches/unlatches. Im assuming you got your necklace/bracelet already clamped. So you'll basically use your fingernail/fingertip and apply force upwards until it unlatches. Dont pull both sides apart, just use one hand to hold the clasps firmly so it doesn't move when you apply force. I damn near thought my nail would break opening it so you might definitely need to put in some aggressive force

Lol if you’re having trouble opening it, try from the other side of the clamp than where you’re trying to open it. I can’t really explain it but it’s pretty simple. You guys must be trying to open from the wrong side. It’s best to have nails. Or just push up with your thumb.
