Have used rice in the past on the Lanky when I wanted to fish but had no licky made up. Spicy options worked well in winter. Also use wheat for big skimmers and carp when its warm. Ssssshhhhh! Great video. 😃😃😃😃
brilliant guys great video, I've not brought professionally made ground bait in around 20 years, my go to one is crushed coconut biscuits never failed me yet :-)

Brilliant video lads😁 you can't beat British irreverence and random humour "tastes like a skirting board " 😊 Seriously as a pensioner on a limited budget, my go feeder groundbait ain't far off your biscuits, crushed toast, powdered milk, old cheese and value corn or anything else that breaks down into a good partical releasing ground bait. On my stretch of the upper Thames Oxford it regularly produces Bream up to 8lb, Roach of a Ib and early morning Tench up to 3lb in bags as big as 50/60lb on warm summer night sessions. Anyway fabulous video lads I laugh like a drain watching your antics🤗 On the strength of which I've liked and subscribed. Ps boiled barley was a old recognised bait in fishing books pre 1960 Mr Crabtree ect so I think a stewards enquiry should have been called for lol 🖒😁🖒
