The one and only Superman. Don’t care what anyone else says. Fly high Christopher Reeve. EDIT: Took the unnecessary and WRONG s off the end of Mr. Reeve’s name. I apologize to Mr. Reeve & all offended! ♥️
Growing up watching Superman was exciting! My imagination was working for this movie and he really existed on tv as the real story of Superman and how he grew up and how great he was!! To this day when I rewatch Superman the music and sound effects give me chills like my mind remembers this hero and has the childhood memories being brought back to life!! It’s still very powerful to watch for me. When I found the Richard Donner version of Pt2 like 15 years ago I froze in the store… i grabbed it and went home and watched it right away!!! That was a great day like this movie was reborn and I wasn’t used to it but it was great and I love it!!! RIP SUPERMAN. me and my brother (rip) grew up inspired by your movies!!!
Christopher Reeve is and will always be the GREATEST SUPERMAN of ALL TIME. No one in the history of mankind could come close to how he portrayed superman. RIP we will never forget you
The way he talks about and understands the character and universe is the exact reason why he is, and will always be, the greatest Superman-on top of the fact that he's also the physical embodiment of the Man of Steel!
And the fact that none of the trash after him are playing the CHARACTERS from the actual comics, none of them. They're all homicidal maniacs with the personalities of snowpeas.@@stephensearles673
His incredible acting skill combined with his awake mind, still make me emotional. I am beyond grateful to have watched him play the superman throughout my childhood. Side note, I am convinced that the only person who would've ever had the potential to play superman in such an incredibly performance as Christopher Reeve did, is Jim Carrey. He would've been the only one able to play both characters just as convincingly. RIP beautiful and outstandingly talented Soul, Christopher Reeve! 💜
Was freaking out thinking this was another Mandela effect where he's still alive. Rest in peace to the one true Superman even after his accident dude was an inspiration to so many. Don't know what happens after you die but I hope he knows what a great inspiration he was to so many and is in a better place
THE BEST. THE ONLY ONE. THE CLASSIC. UNQUESTIONABLE. UNFORGETTABLE. SPECTACULAR. I'm brasilian. As a child, my late father took me to the cinema to watch SUPERMAN, the movie and years later SUPERMAN II: The Adventure Continues. To this day I am still moved and believe that Christopher Reeve really came from Krypton!! hahahaha
Descanse En Paz Gran Actor Christopher Reeve. Vivirá Inmortal en sus Películas. Entrevistas. Extraordinario Actor. En Octubre 2024. Cumple veinte años de su fallecimiento. Ejemplo de vida. Superman.
For me it's still the best SUPERMAN. He had charm & humor with a seriousness and coolness to it. Superman 1 & 2 are terrific. Part 3 only has a few good moments like Superman vs Superman. Oh, that brings back childhood memories. Unfortunately, part 4 was terrible. And the SOUNDTRACK is still one of the best of all time. For me, Christopher was also a SUPERMAN in his private life. How long he suffered until his death. Just sad.
Superman 4 was diabolical, I'm sure I've seen an interview where Chris said the same thing (thereabouts) due to a change of staff/director or budgeting or something. Superman 3 was considered a bit odd as it became a vehicle for Richard Pryor, but he cracked me up in it so I can't really fault it.

“And over the last few years we have heard a lot about something called ‘family values’. And like many of you, I have struggled to figure out what that means. And since my accident, I've found a definition that seems to make sense. I think it means that we're all family. And that we all have value.” Christopher Reeve, speaking at the Democratic National Convention in 1996. What a Super Man.

We can't do that kind of Superman love story again these days. The uprising anti-woke brigade will have a fit if any rom com is injected into Superman.
And that's just another reason why the homicidal maniac-brigade shit movies make NO MONEY. lol. Superman is the OG SJW, woke comic characters, so maybe they shouldn't even watch them in the first place.
RIP Christopher Reeve.
Even in a wheelchair, you have the strength of steel, Mr. Reeve.
Sorry, but really upset at his fellow Americans calling him Reeves. It's Christopher Reeve.

@Broken_Cracka Dito
There are multiple great Supermen
Christopher Reeves is forever Superman
It was so sad that Dana passed shortly after him. Both were so nice. Dana always had a smile on her face.
The BEST ever to play the part of Superman! God bless you Christopher Reeve! You are sorely missed.
Christopher Reeve will always be remembered as superman
Well Rear Window was good but he was in a chair then.
RIP Christopher Reeve.
He's very articulate and such a handsome guy.
Just that short scene with Clark laying there grinning with the bullet in his hand is nostalgic & epic.
With his super ability to break the 4th wall....
