Your rating for mapuche makes little sense to me because you act like people playing him just capture one city, say "yeah that's enough for the day" and go home. Even if the city you captured turns over in 3 turns it becomes a free city (which you have a huge advantage over anyways if you felt like beating them into submission again) and even if you ignore them entirely it takes longer for free cities to convert through loyalty than to rebel from loyalty so you have plenty of time to capture the rest of the cities with a well planned push. D tier is an absolute wild placement imo.
Elizabeth and dido or even eleanor in low tiers??? These ladies have a freaking unique harbor have you lost your mind? Insta mid tier at worst. In didos case A tier at least
My favorite combo is Trajan and voidsinger secret society. Makes diety feel like settler- its basically cheating. Ss at least, almost hammudaddy tier. Sick list, dude.
I only ever played vanilla. So yea, Peter is pretty much God. He is the only one that can always beat diety no matter what.
I think you might be playing Eleanor of England wrong my good friend. Go for anything victory, probably science. Don't focus on culture victory or passive domination. Instead amass, yields, gold, food, production, and trade routes from NVDs. +4 to all yields powered. There's a golden age option where dockyards gain science per gold yield. When you spam dockyards, this is an insane boost to your early and mid game science. You will passively absorb neighbouring civs into your empire which is great. Soon you will have enough districts with big yields to get any victory condition. It's my favorite civ and I strongly think England is better than France for Eleanor. France relies only on a culture victory, where as England can get any victory condition eaaasily. :) Thanks for tier list friend.
I'll try it out BUT my point is why use this strategy for Eleanor and not use her leader ability at all, when you can use any other England who can do the same thing but much better through more traders, production, etc.
@TheCivLifeR i find passively absorbing neighboring cities is better than the other england abilities. You can play defensively and focus on yields while still making progress outwards without relying on war, but I see what you mean.
Cree abilities are actually kind of good because they come online so early. A free trader that early supercharges your civ.

standard speed: babylon > gaul (unlosable early game to even the worse enemy spawn rng = autowin) >basil + crusade > consistent work ethics civs (australia, russia) > everything else
Online speed: babylon is less consistent as it can be early rushed more frequently. Gaul is as consistent. Brazil goes to S+ tier because it autowins once it gets its special entertainment complex and spams projects

Mvemba a nzinga is such a bizarre civ to me because his leader ability is just an objective nerf. Not being able to found a religion is pretty bad when you have such strong faith bonuses on top of the fact you have to rely on dumb as fuck ai to spread their religion to you to get any benefits and deal with their baffling choices (if you spawn next to spain or arabia or smth and their religion belief is warrior monks just delete your save at that point) . Getting the belief powers of other religions is less of a benefit and more the lack of another downside cause wanna know whats BETTER than getting the beliefs of other religions? Founding your own damn religion and chosing the beliefs yourself that benefit you. What's more baffling than any of that though is the fact you get apostles every time you build neighborhoods or theatre squares, like what in the actual fuck are you supposed to do with them? Go and spread someone ELSES religion and speed up their religious victory? He's just hard carried by kongo's civ bonuses, but then that means he's just completely and utterly outclassed by nzinga because she actually HAS a leader ability that doesn't nerf her for zero reason.

I seriously think Hammurabi is way too OP once you know to best to Eurela streak to Flight.
He isn't a TERRIBLE civ, but once you can nail down how to get to Flight the fastest, he's broken
even without that, you can get crossbows by turn 20
It's not even Hammurabi, but it's the fact that Men At Arms & Line Infantry broke the game. Once the AI gets Men At Arms early in the game, you can't do shit against them, they are too powerful, lol. Very strong civ tho
