Love your videos, best thing for Plantar fasciitis is freeze a small water bottle, place on the ground. Sit down and roll those barking dogs (feet) on the bottle😂 seriously do that morning and night. Really helps me. I feel your pain. Im a viewer from Massachusetts 💚
