Thank you for the tip on the oil, I love these crust but they can tend to be a little dry if only slightly overcooked. I wanted to suggest to you that you try their Arrabiata spaghetti sauce instead of traditional pizza sauce, it makes a much saucier pizza and the flavors are amazing for pizza :) Also, I put my crust directly on the rack, it turns out really nice.
You should have baked the crust by itself for six minutes, let it rest, then added your toppings, and put it back into the oven at 425 until the cheese melted completely. That’s how you get a golden brown crust from a frozen crust.
I always find cooking videos are best when they show something going into the oven if they tell you a) the time to cook (or what to check for) and b) the temperature. Without both these pieces of information they're not very useful.

You'll have to read the package for your specific pizza, but usually 450 is the best for me.
